I just love how these Mini Wooden DIY Pumpkins came out! You’re going to love how easy they are to make. You can find these cute little mini wooden pallets at the Dollar Tree.

What supplies do you need to make these Mini Wooden DIY Pumpkins?

You can most of these things at the Dollar Tree. Now, the paint you can mix yourself with various brown and orange paints, or you can get different orange shades at the craft store or even Walmart, for less than $1/ea.

  • Mini Wooden Pallets, four
  • Wooden Craft Sticks, two
  • Gingham Ribbon, Green
  • Sponge Pouncer
  • Acrylic Craft Paint – Four Shades of Orange, Dark Brown, Antique White
  • Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
  • Scissors
  • Paintbrush

How do you make these Mini Wooden DIY Pumpkins?

Paint each of the mini wooden pallets a different shade of orange with acrylic craft paint and a paintbrush. Set aside to dry, and apply a second coat, if necessary.

Cut two wooden craft sticks in half with scissors. Paint the rounded ends of two the craft sticks with dark brown acrylic craft paint. Set aside to dry.

Flip painted pumpkin pallets over on your work surface and attach the craft stick stems using a glue gun and glue sticks.

Using antique white acrylic craft paint and a paintbrush, create stripes on two of the pallet pumpkins. Make them as thick or thin as you like.

Create a polka dot pattern on the remaining two pallet pumpkins using a sponge pouncer and antique white acrylic craft paint.

Tie green gingham ribbon into bows and attach to stem of pallet pumpkins with a glue gun and glue sticks.
